Full description of the position

As an Inside Sales Representative at Robin Rents Equipment, you will provide service and support to internal and external customers. This is a pivotal role as you will be the first point of contact for many customers. Therefore, professionalism is key in this high volume and fast paced environment. What you'll do: * Be the face of our fast growing company! * Handle customers one on one to help find the solution to their rental and sales needs. * Provide superior customer service driving sales and rental volume. * Manage contracts through Point of Rental. * Manage cash sales accurately. * Log all call details and follow up on sales leads. * Adhere to processes and call guidelines as applicable to the call type. * Stay organized and consisted in a fast paced environment. * Other duties assigned as needed by management. Requirements: * High School diploma or equivalent. * 1-2 years Customer Service Experience. * Strong verbal skills and ability to speak clearly and articulate. * Proficiency in Microsoft applications. * Able to handle high volume tasks. * Excellent time management and efficiency skills. * Excellent organizational skills with heavy attention to detail. * Able to deal with conflict and respond professionally. * Ability to work alongside others professionally and communicate effectively. * Ability to learn about equipment and it's applications. * Must be available to work Monday-Friday 6:45am-5pm and Saturday mornings from 6:45am-12pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 10 hour shift * Day shift Ability to Commute: * Athens, AL 35611 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Athens, AL 35611: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
