Badger State Staffing is currently looking for a motivated individual to join our client's team as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and revenue growth for a leading manufacturer specializing in high-performance stainless-steel solutions. Duties: * Serve as the first point of contact, working to understand the customer needs and crafting solutions through clear communication * Transform inquires into confirmed orders with accurate and efficient quoting * Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, procurement, engineering) to ensure on-time deliveries and exceed customer expectations * Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, finding creative solutions that foster a positive service experience * Manage orders from inception to completion, providing updates and keeping track of progress to ensure smooth project flow * Act as the central communication hub between customers, production, and engineers Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Proven track record in sales, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong computer skills, including email and other relevant sales tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work Location: In person
