We're looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Off-Premise Manager to grow our catering, delivery, and off-premise sales channels. If you love building relationships, streamlining processes, and getting amazing food into more hands (and bellies!) --this is the role for you! What You 'll Do: Drive Off-Premise Sales - Expand catering, delivery, and takeout sales through strategic growth initiatives. Build Strong Partnerships - Work closely with third-party delivery platforms, corporate clients, and local businesses to increase RASA's footprint. Optimize & Scale Operations - Refine logistics, packaging, and fulfillment processes to ensure a seamless off-premise guest experience. Develop New Revenue Streams - Identify creative ways to enhance our off- premise offerings, from meal subscriptions to corporate partnerships. Own the Strategy & Execution - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and restaurant teams to drive off-premise performance and brand visibility. What You Bring to the Table: Experience in catering, off-premise sales, or restaurant operations (fast-casual or hospitality background a plus!). A strategic mindset & results-driven approach - you turn ideas into action and scale what works.
