The ideal candidate is an energetic brand ambassador who has a passion for making valuable connections with potential clients in the neighborhoods we serve. As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for introducing clients to our high-quality Water Treatment Solutions. WHAT YOU 'LL DO: * You'll successfully turn assigned leads into loyal customers by appropriately assessing their water treatment needs, and providing a tailored solution. * Educate and engage clients with confidence through extensive product knowledge and in-home demonstrations * Provide potential clients an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process WHAT WE 'RE LOOKING FOR: * Individuals who thrive both independently and as part of a team * Genuine desire to build a career in sales * Drive and commitment to achieving individual and company goals * Ability to build strong relationships through effective communication with both clients and co-workers * High level of personal accountability, problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness * Handle challenging conversations with professionalism and tact * Some prior experience in a sales environment * High energy to create a want and need for our product WHAT WE OFFER: * Competitive compensation -- $80,000 - $120,000 average first year with seasoned reps earning $150,000 - $200,000. * Recognition -- Top performer incentives including substantial bonuses, dinners, and trips. * Unique company culture About Moore Water Treatment: Moore Water Treatment has been in the home water filtration business for over 40 years.
