About the Position The individual we select will be responsible for increasing market share in the Richmond, Virginia metropolitan area by selling in-unit apartment renovation services to building owners, property management firms, and multi- family portfolio asset managers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * The position is an in-office appointment setter for the Business Development Managers * The position requires the ability to clearly communicate our mission to potential customers to drive opportunities. * Must be able to manage a call list while tracking all activities through the CRM. * Work closely with the Sales team to ensure all information is passed forward to the Business Development manager. * Following the MMF sales process to move prospects through the sales cycle. * Manage all interactions with prospects through our CRM system. Requirements * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Desire to develop one's own ability to become a sales professional. * Must be able to speak to your experience and process in B2B sales. * Verifiable references. * Able to pass a drug and background check. Bonuses are paid for every appointment scheduled with a Business Development Manager, attainment of quarterly KPI's.
