The Insurance Agent will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Duties * Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. * Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends. * Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the client base. * Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales administration tasks. * Provide ongoing support to clients regarding benefits administration and policy updates. * Participate in outside sales activities to promote insurance services within the community. * Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Skills * Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions. * Proficient in telemarketing techniques to generate leads and promote services. * Ability to negotiate terms effectively while maintaining strong client relationships. * Experience in retail sales or outside sales is highly desirable. * Knowledge of benefits administration processes is a plus. * Strong organizational skills for managing multiple client accounts efficiently.
