Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. * Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and opportunities within the insurance sector. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction while meeting company objectives. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using sales administration tools. * Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and improve overall client experience. * Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events, community outreach, and telemarketing campaigns. * Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
