Employees MUST be able to routinely work the retail store hours of 9a-6p Tuesday thru Friday and 9a-4p Saturday. Related experience not required, but customer service experience ideal. We are looking to add a Parts Sales Specialist to our energetic, customer- focused team. As a member of the Parts Department , you will be expected to become an expert at our products and accessories to help the retail customers with their parts questions, do-it-yourself projects and other parts needs to they can go out and enjoy their equipment on the trail or water! Ability to thrive and have fun in a busy, fast-paced retail environment. Minimum 18 years of age Valid driver license & reliable transportation. Prior experience in the retail industry, preferably an automotive parts department, dealership, jobber or retail establishment. High school diploma or GED. Able to work during our retail hours. Able to process cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Capable of lifting and moving items of up to 45 pounds' Family-friendly work hours. Closed Sundays and Mondays! Benefits with all Full Time Employment positions: Paid Time Off begins accruing day 1 and can be utilized after 90 days from start. Eligible to enrolled in company-offered coverage for 50% medical contribution after 90 days ; dental and vision plans available as well. 100% contribution up to 3% towards 401k retirement after one year. and an EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT on products and services. This is a Full-time, Year-round position. Salary starting from $15.00 per hour plus weekly commission opportunities. DOE. Average weekly workload 42 hours.
