Job Description Part of the BUSCH GROUP * Job Title:*Key Account Manager *Department: Sales *Reports to: VP + BLM Major Fabs *FLSA Status: Exempt * Position Summary / Job Scope Only the cleanest air and water in our environment are the goals of Centrotherm Clean Solutions. We create solutions for toxic gas abatement in technical manufacturing processes worldwide. Our rapidly growing US company, Clean Tech, Inc. (DBA Centrotherm Clean Solutions), a part of the Busch Group, is looking for dedicated, talented, and very detail-oriented key account manager to grow our business and keep customers satisfied. Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities * Manage all customer engagement for the Busch Group product portfolio * Manage and drive to closure all customer escalation/task forces * Define and execute long-term strategies to increase market share and maintain appropriate margins * Identify opportunities for product insertion and ensure appropriate stakeholders are engaged during selection process * Develop long-term relationships throughout the customer organization to understand key market drivers * Understand the customer organizational structure and decision-making process * Champion new product introduction (NPI) process at customer sites and ensure product companies receive appropriate feedback * Engage with applications to identify potential CIP opportunities and then market to the customer Secondary Functions: * Work with existing sales operations team to ensure smooth business processes for customer and clear potential roadblocks, such as late deliveries, missing parts, etc. * Set up regular technical review meetings with key stakeholders * Be overall brand ambassador to the customer * Track all selections and results, and understand at a deep level why selections are won or lost * Ensure appropriate technical and service resources are engaged both for new selections as well as product support during service escalations * Structurally communicate across the Busch Group brands to ensure customer satisfaction * Duties and tasks might be adequately expanded or modified based on changing needs of the Company * Report to Vice President & Business Line Manager - Semi & Scientific - Major Fabs * This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Minimum Knowledge and Skills Excellent customer-facing skills * Able to quickly build trust with different customer stakeholders * Ability to maintain high emotional regulation and de-escalate any high-tension situations * Able to balance multiple projects with continually shifting priorities * Strong structural communication skills * Familiarity with major semiconductor fabs Preferred Qualifications * Excellent communication skills * Semiconductor industry/process knowledge strongly desired * Travel required within the US and Europe (~10%) * Technical degree or equivalent experience. * Extremely effective communicator via MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) * Must have a valid Driver's License and ability to work in the US. Background check and drug screening required. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Must be able to: * May spend time standing/walking in the work environment. * Requires sitting/standing at a desk with heavy use of keyboard as required.
