Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by assessing their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, enabling them to effectively negotiate and market various insurance products. Duties * Assess client insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Negotiate terms of insurance policies to meet client requirements. * Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and expand the client base. * Administer benefits programs and explain coverage options to clients. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice. * Perform outside sales activities, including client meetings and presentations. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
