Full description of the position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving business goals. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Hours: M-F 7:30am - 4pm Salary: $20/Hr - Plus Commission - Can make up to 6 figures Key Responsibilities: * Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking, and documentation. * Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining CRM systems. * Communicate with clients and customers, responding to inquiries and providing support. * Prepare and distribute sales proposals, contracts, and presentations. * Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure seamless sales operations. * Monitor sales performance and generate reports for management. * Maintain and update customer records, pricing lists, and sales databases. * Handle logistical arrangements for sales events, trade shows, and meetings. * Support the team in meeting sales targets and deadlines. Qualifications & Skills: * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred). * Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in sales support * Familiarity with order management systems and customer service principles. * Knowledge of sales forecasting and reporting tools.
