Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Insurance Sales Representative with strong networking skills to join our team. This role is ideal for self- starters who thrive on building relationships, generating leads, and closing sales. You will represent top-rated carriers offering home and auto insurance solutions tailored to individual client needs. Compensation: * 100% Commission-Based : Unlimited earning potential based on your performance. * No base salary; you earn what you sell. Key Responsibilities: * Generate leads and build a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, community events, and social media. * Conduct consultations with prospective clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate home and auto coverage. * Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients. * Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service post-sale. * Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and state regulations. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Requirements: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance, financial services, or similar industries. * Strong networking and relationship-building skills. * Active Property & Casualty Insurance License * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. * Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
