Sales Associate - Video & Digital Marketing Services Location: Kansas City area | Hybrid (Remote + Local Meetings) Part-Time to Full-Time | Flexible Schedule Optimum Visuals is a fast-growing video production and digital marketing company helping businesses tell powerful stories, grow their brand, and drive revenue through high-quality visuals. We're looking for a motivated, people- first Sales Associate to join our team and help connect more clients with our creative services. What You'll Be Doing: * Identify and connect with businesses that need high-impact video content and marketing solutions * Set up discovery calls, gather client goals, and collaborate on strategy * Build relationships through phone, email, in-person networking, and social media outreach * Guide prospects through the sales process--qualifying, pitching, and closing * Work closely with our production team to ensure smooth handoffs and client satisfaction * Contribute to the development of sales processes, strategy, and messaging What We're Looking For: * 1-3+ years of sales, business development, or client relations experience (especially in marketing, creative services, or B2B) * Clear communication and relationship-building skills * Highly self-motivated with strong follow-through * Comfortable with outreach--calls, DMs, networking, events * Curiosity about business, storytelling, and helping others succeed * Willingness to learn video and marketing concepts (we'll train you!) * Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to adopt a system What You'll Get: * Competitive base pay + commission (based on experience) * Flexible work schedule (perfect for someone growing in their career) * Ongoing training and growth opportunities * Collaborative team culture and support * Creative industry exposure--work with exciting clients and cool brands Bonus If You Have: * Experience selling creative, digital, or marketing services * Knowledge of video production, advertising, or content strategy * A local network of business contacts or experience with networking groups Optimum Visuals is an equal opportunity employer.
