Mentorship: Work closely with experienced agents to gain insights into effective sales techniques and customer engagement. Client Interaction: Assist in managing existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new needs. Lead Generation: Help identify and cultivate potential leads to expand our client base. Market Research: Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings. Sales Reporting: Contribute to weekly sales meetings by providing updates and feedback on various initiatives. Requirements Education: A bachelors degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Previous sales or management experience is advantageous, though not mandatory. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess client needs and tailor solutions. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt in a hybrid work environment, balancing both remote and onsite responsibilities.
