Duties * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. * Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth in insurance sales. * Communicate clearly with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to secure the best outcomes for clients. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. * Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy details. * Collaborate with outside sales teams to enhance overall sales efforts and achieve company objectives. * Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance, to ensure all practices meet legal standards.
