Currently Non-QM Lending represents 3% of the total mortgage origination. The expectation is for Non-QM to account for 30% of the residential market place. We are looking for experienced account executives who want to build on their network of bankers and brokers across the nation to send us their Non-QM and Sub-Prime Loans and help them close more loans. Job Duties : * Develop and maintain productive relationships with Mortgage Bankers and Brokers * Help originate brokered loans to the inside support staff and move loan originations from submissions to closed loans.
