Sales Representative - Collections Industry (Nebraska) Ideally Collections Industry Regional Sales Representative would be residing Nebraska, iowa, Kansas, South Dakota, or Wyoming. The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 per year. However, if you possess additional valuable skill sets that could benefit the enterprise, you may be eligible for higher compensation. We encourage strong technical candidates to apply without hesitation. A leading Collection Agency is seeking a proactive and driven Sales Representative based in Nebraska. The ideal candidate will bring experience in the Collections Industry, a results-oriented mindset, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. This role is key to driving growth through lead generation, client presentations, contract negotiations, and account management within the assigned region. Key Responsibilities: * Generate and pursue sales leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking, and in-person visits. * Conduct compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs. * Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with prospective clients. * Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. * Manage accounts and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales lifecycle. * Create and maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline documentation. * Consistently strive to exceed sales targets and performance metrics. * Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with current and potential clients. Qualifications: * Proven sales experience in the Collections Industry or a closely related field. * Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficient with general computer applications and CRM systems. * Committed to delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism.
