Responsibilities: * Provide guidance and assist clients in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms * Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose real-time, creative solutions to suit their needs * Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices and all related real estate matter with the upmost integrity and discretion * Perform comps for market analysis to estimate properties' value * Display and market property to prospective buyers * Prepare all necessary paperwork including contracts, leases and other applicable agreements * Maintain and update listings with available properties * Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices Requirements and Skills: * Proven working experience in related fields, sales and/or academic experience * Ability to work independently combined with exceptional interpersonal skills * Emphasis on strong sales, negotiation and communication skills * Real Estate Agent License or in process of completing classes Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $96,500.00 - $120,797.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Professional development assistance Schedule: * Choose your own hours * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: Hybrid remote in Melbourne, FL 32940
