Wells Legacy Roofing is experiencing recording breaking numbers and is looking for a great sales person with strong leadership abilities, to help build out the sales team. Compensation * Competitive Sales Commissions percentage * Overrides on your team members sales (we help you build a team) * Monthly bonuses that we create with you * Self gen start-up bonus structure A first year Sales Team Leader should make a minimum of $120,000 per year with an expected income of about $200,000 or more. Earning uncapped. Wells Legacy Roofing is a full-service residential roofing and exterior roofing company here in Cleburne, Texas, with a 2 hour work radius. We mainly work insurance claims, but also sell retain roofing projects. Almost all of our projects are multi-trade exterior reconstruction, storm restoration, and upgrades.. What's required * Sales Experience (minimum 1 year-roofing sales). * Leadership Skills. * Ability to work the hours that it takes to be successful. * Must have a truck. * Must have laptop/iPad. Responsibilities * Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and enhance performance. * Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement. * Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge. * Foster a collaborative environment to encourage teamwork and communication.
