Ideal candidates will have sales experience with building security, door access and hunting for new commercial business. However, applicants with no security sales experience will be considered. * Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Prospect and sell new commercial customers * Successfully complete Sandler Sales and internal security training * Accurately record sales, activity and customer information in ConnectWise CRM * Achieve new sales goals set by Watchmen Security Services * Work Environment This job operation involves outside sales activity in indoor and outdoor environments, work from home and office setting situations. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and filing cabinets. * Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, drive an automobile and hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift overhead and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and color vision. * Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position.
