Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Small Group Insurance Specialist to join our team in selling group employee benefits to businesses throughout Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in selling insurance products, with a focus on employee benefits. As a Small Group Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional service and support to existing accounts. Key Responsibilities: * Sell group employee benefit plans (health, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.) to small businesses (generally 2-19 employees). * Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and grow existing accounts. * Assess the insurance needs of businesses and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Provide guidance to clients on plan options, pricing, and benefits. * Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, including presentations and negotiations. * Maintain and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success and retention. * Stay up-to-date with insurance products, industry trends, and regulations. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of new business and renewals. * Provide ongoing support to clients regarding claims, plan changes, and other inquiries. Requirements: * Valid Pennsylvania insurance license (Health & Life). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling insurance products, specifically group employee benefits. * Proven track record of success in sales and meeting/exceeding targets. * Strong understanding of group insurance products and benefits. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to analyze clients' needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. * Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses. * Knowledge of regulatory changes in the employee benefits sector. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
