Job Overview We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs - Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Assist in restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels - Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Qualifications - Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions - Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from supervisors - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Familiarity with POS systems is beneficial - Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 per hour Shift: * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Work Location: In person
