Overview We are a fast-growing powersports dealer seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to motivate and manage a team of sales reps while fostering relationships with customers. Duties * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. * Manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance performance. * Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Utilize CRM for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts. * Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
