As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in assessing clients' needs and recommending appropriate insurance products. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. * Conduct telemarketing and outside sales efforts to generate new business. * Present and explain insurance policies and coverage options to potential clients. * Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend suitable insurance solutions. * Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. * Provide ongoing support and service to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products. Skills * Proven experience in telemarketing or outside sales is highly desirable. * Strong background in insurance sales is preferred. * Analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
