Duties * Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products based on their requirements. * Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. * Provide benefits administration support to clients, ensuring they understand their coverage options. * Analyze policy details and assist clients in making informed decisions regarding their insurance choices. * Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies. * Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve overall customer satisfaction.
