Key Responsibilities * Account Renewals: review and renew commercial accounts * Clients Consultation: Consult our clients to help understand their insurance needs and recommend custom insurance solutions. * Policy Review: Evaluate and optimize existing coverages to ensure comprehensive client protection. * Business Development: Promote products and services to attract new business and retain current clients. * Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate policy terms and premiums on behalf of clients. * Client Support: Address inquiries and resolve insurance-related issues promptly and efficiently. Requirements * Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Washington and/or Oregon. * Experience: 1+ years of insurance experience, including experience with excess and surplus markets. * Knowledge: A strong understanding of insurance regulations and industry best practices. * Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, bilingual is a plus.
