What We 're Looking For: * 2+ years of pre-owned management experience * Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team * Strong desking and vehicle appraisal skills * Experience running a high-volume, fast-paced used car department * Commitment to performance, integrity, and customer satisfaction * Ability to adapt to industry changes and market demands What You 'll Do: * Monitor and drive the performance of the pre-owned sales department * Train, coach, and motivate sales personnel * Appraise, price, and manage used vehicle inventory * Desk deals and assist salespeople in closing * Set monthly sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them * Ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulations * Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability * Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure overall dealership success Benefits: We invest in our team and provide a professional, growth-oriented environment.
