In this role, you will support the Sales Manager in driving sales performance and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, leading the sales team, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Responsibilities * Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. * Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies. * Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets. * Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and resolve any issues. * Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding inventory management. * Negotiate pricing with customers when necessary to close sales effectively. * Maintain a well-organized store environment that enhances the shopping experience. * Oversee shift management to ensure proper staffing levels and operational flow. * Uphold company policies and procedures while fostering a positive team culture. Qualifications * Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar retail sales role is preferred. * Strong understanding of sales management principles and retail operations. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. * Proficient in retail math for analyzing sales performance. * Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and team members. * Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Proven leadership skills with experience in shift management and team development. * A passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
