Job Overview: Lemonicious Drink Co. is looking for an extroverted and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Farmer's Market Sales Associate. Role Description This part-time on-site role as an All-Natural Beverage Sales Associate at Lemonicious Drink Co. will involve engaging with customers and promoting our delicious range of all-natural fruit-infused drinks. Based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area, you will assist customers, provide product information, handle transactions, and maintain store cleanliness. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a family-owned business that values quality, community, and the enjoyment of nature's flavors. Duties - Set up, breakdown and maintain the Lemonicious booth at local farmers markets, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing - Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner providing them free samples of our products in order to generate sales. - Answer any questions customers may have regarding ingredients and our flavors - Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales - Maintain accurate records of end-of-day inventory. - Assist customers with making transactions using a card reader, handling payments efficiently and accurately. Skills: - A people person with strong sales skills. - Technical sales experience is a plus - Proficiency in technology sales tools and software - Upselling skills to maximize revenue from each customer interaction - Basic math skills for order processing and calculations Qualifications: * Must have a hatchback, truck or van that can carry large coolers of our product. * Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers positively and enthusiastically. * Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work weekends as needed. * Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
