Zing Recruiting has partnered with a known Worldwide leader within the Print industry. In this Sales Manager role based in Roseland, NJ, you will oversee 7 successful Account Executives. This is a team of over achievers who look for an over achiever to coach, mentor and walk alongside of them. Qualifications Include : * Bachelor's Degree * Minimum of 5 years of proven successful client management within the Print Industry * Extensive industry knowledge Responsibilities Include : * Manages a team of sales representatives who sell hardware and software technology-based solutions to companies within a territory and/or an assigned account list. * Trains, develops, and coaches current and new sales AS WELL AS interviews, conducts performance reviews and forecasts with current staff. * Sets clear goals and allows deadlines to be met in a timely manner. * Completes all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner Company offers full benefits package and GREAT people to work with.
