What You 'll Do Create Inspiring Designs * Develop unique landscape designs--from lush gardens to custom hardscapes--using your mastery of VectorWorks or AutoCAD. Sell the Vision * Connect with clients, understand their dreams, and present creative solutions that turn their outdoor space into their favorite place. Lead Every Step * Manage projects from concept to completion, collaborating with estimators, construction crews, and subcontractors to deliver impeccable results. Build Relationships * Be the trusted advisor for clients, ensuring they feel supported and heard every step of the way. What You Bring * Experience : 5+ years in residential landscape design, preferably in a design-build setting. * Expertise : A deep knowledge of hardscapes, plant material, and Northwest horticulture. * Technical Skills : Proficiency in VectorWorks, AutoCAD, or SketchUp for creating dazzling, detailed designs. * Collaboration : The ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, both in-office and on-site. * Communication : Confidence in presenting ideas and connecting with clients and colleagues.
