Responsibilities * Sell and promote Allstate TEXAS insurance products to new and existing customers * Maintain high levels of client retention and satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up * Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring detailed understanding of their insurance needs * Meet and exceed sales goals with a commission-driven focus * Our current top producers are earning $100k+ in annual compensation Qualifications * Active Property and Casualty License * At least 3 years of property and casualty insurance sales experience * Strong history of top sales performance * Allstate insurance sales experience preferred, but not required * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required * High energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude * Detail-oriented and compliance-focused * Excellent relationship-building skills, aimed at maintaining a high level of client retention and satisfaction * Driven, goal-oriented, and ready to achieve and exceed sales goals We are proud to be a top ranked Veteran-owned agency.
