Full description of the position
* $75,000 + Commission * Interviewing Immediately * Premier Myrtle Beach, SC *Woods & Co Recruitment *have partnered with THE premier venue and resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in their search for a Business Development Manager to bring corporate events such as seminars, conferences and more to their exquisite site in North Myrtle Beach. As a Business Development Manager, you will generate new business opportunities for the space but leveraging your existing connections within corporate America to bring their conferences, events, sales kick-offs, seminars and more to this incredible space! What 's in it for you? * $65-,000 - $75,000 + Commissions * Work for the premier venues in Myrtle Beah * Opportunity to bring some of the biggest and best trade shows and events to South Carolina! * Space can host events and shows of all kinds * Career growth opportunities What do you do? * Identify and research potential clients or who would benefit from using such an incredible space * Engage with potential clients via cold calling, emailing, and networking to promote event space opportunities * Develop and maintain relationships with corporate America to maximise opportunity * Negotiate contracts and pricing terms, ensuring that both the client and company's goals are met * Create tailored booth or sponsorship packages based on the client's marketing objectives and budget * Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the event and ensure that clients get maximum exposure and return on investment * Assist clients planning, and any logistical questions leading up to the event * Monitor and report on sales revenue, ensuring it aligns with the event's financial targets What do you need? * 5 years Business Development experience specifically in the events and/or trade shows markets * Proven experience working closely with industry leaders in the preparation and delivery of trade shows * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to negotiable, persuade and close on key deals If this is a role that is a fit for you, or someone you know - please hit Apply Now or call Matthew Peterlechner on (929) [please apply online] for a confidential discussion.Woods & Co Recruitment
