Sales Counselor* _at Hunters Woods at Trails Edge_ An immediate and exciting opportunity exists for a seasoned and dynamic Sales Counselor at Hunters Woods at Trails Edge, a 210 unit, established provider of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care in Reston, VA. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will build meaningful professional relationships with prospective residents, adult children and organizations/influencers within the community at large. You will effectively manage community tours, share why Hunters Woods at Trails Edge is THE place to be, initiate purposeful/timely follow up and achieve leasing goals. Base salary of 70,000.00 and aggressive commission plan based on leasing performance offered. What You 'll Do: As a Sales Counselor, your responsibilities will include: * Partnering with the Director of Sales and Marketing to create and implement strategies to meet and exceed occupancy goals. * Guiding prospects through the sales process, including follow-ups and successful move-ins. * Building and maintaining relationships with referral sources through networking and outreach. * Conducting engaging tours of the community, ensuring it's always tour-ready and addressing prospects' needs and questions. * Managing marketing initiatives, including social media, public relations, and advertising campaigns. * Tracking and maintaining accurate lead and referral information in the database to evaluate progress and refine strategies. * Monitoring and maintaining marketing materials, including model apartments and promotional resources. * Hosting and participating in community events to engage prospects and showcase offerings. * Assisting in preparing and analyzing competitive market assessments to stay ahead of trends. * Ensuring timely and accurate collection of information for weekly marketing reports. What You Bring: We are looking for a Sales Counselor with: * An associate's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience preferred). * 1-2 years of experience in senior living or long-term care sales (preferred). * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Confidence as a public speaker and relationship builder. * The ability to work both within the community and in the local area to generate leads and referrals. * A positive, professional attitude and a passion for working with seniors.
