Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour * Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities * Responsibilities* * Client Engagement: Interact directly with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide customized solutions tailored to their unique situations. * Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining a positive and professional relationship at all times. * Policy Management: Oversee existing policies, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction through regular reviews and updates. * Sales Growth: Actively pursue new sales opportunities, cross-selling, and upselling additional services to existing clients. * Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, providing support and facilitation for rapid resolution. * Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and product offerings to deliver informed recommendations. Requirements * Licensing: Must hold an active Nevada Property & Casualty License.
