Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outside sales efforts and networking. * Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Negotiate policy terms and conditions to meet client requirements while ensuring compliance with company policies. * Manage sales including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy details. * Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of policy features, benefits, and exclusions. * Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. * Utilize retail sales techniques to maximize client engagement and retention. Qualifications * PNC license or the ability to obtain one * Reliable internet * Cell phone and computer access * Proven experience in outside sales or insurance sales is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is a plus. * Proficient in sales administration processes and tools. * Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. * Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with a broader audience. * Customer service excellence is essential.
