Our team is growing and expanding, and there has never been a more exciting time to be part of it. *THE POSITION: Revenue Strategy & Ops Senior Manager We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and execution-focused Revenue Strategy & Ops Senior Manager to help drive growth and efficiency across our go-to-market (GTM) functions. This role will play a critical part in shaping our revenue organization --collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Measure & Install, Client Services, Finance, and Tech to optimize performance and scale our business effectively. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategic plans and executing initiatives focused on optimizing and improving our revenue cycle to meet both customer and financial objectives. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Strategy & Ops, you'll actively monitor performance, improve processes, solve problems, and seize opportunities to strengthen our company and help us achieve our goals of being the go-to destination of window treatments. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities. * Work directly with revenue leadership to set strategic priorities and lead execution of critical strategic, organizational and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency. * Partner with the Data Analytics team to scope, monitor, analyze and develop insights from key business drivers, performance trends and operating metrics. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for sales and company leadership. * Develop comprehensive project plans for key revenue-driving initiatives, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements needed for successful execution. * Implement performance management frameworks and processes to monitor progress and drive accountability across the organization. * Develop & track progress on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to showcase tangible results achieved through project implementations. * Communicate effectively across departments to provide project updates, resolve issues, and address concerns. * Support company-level strategy-setting and planning efforts. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus. * 6+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategy & ops or similar roles within the consumer/retail or tech industry. * Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and modeling. Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, SQL or Power BI is a plus. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and actionable insights. * Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. * Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, with a demonstrated track record of driving business results. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
