Senior Salesforce Administrator (Part-Time Contract, Potential for Full-Time) VALiNTRY360 is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator with a strong track record of delivering Sales and Service Cloud projects. This is a part-time contract role with the potential to transition into a full-time, permanent position based on performance and company needs. While availability during standard business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) is required for client and internal meetings (scheduled with at least one day's notice), project work can be completed outside of these hours. This role is ideal for a consultative Salesforce expert who thrives on delivering impactful solutions across various industries and wants to contribute to an organization committed to innovation and growth. Pay Range is $45.00 w2 to $65.00 per hour, This position can compensate more depending on additional skills set that can be more valuable to the enterprise, don't hesitate to apply if you're a strong technical fit for this position. Responsibilities: * Deliver Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions for customers across diverse industries. * Collaborate within an Agile team to complete assigned work on time and within estimated hours. * Work under the guidance of VALiNTRY360 project managers, who assign tasks and oversee deliverables. * Partner with third-party implementation teams when necessary to expand platform capabilities beyond core expertise. * Configure and customize Salesforce to align with business objectives. * Design and implement automated workflows using Flows. * Manage custom objects, fields, validation rules, screen flows, and approval processes. * Administer user profiles, roles, and permissions for secure access control. * Maintain data integrity through cleansing, validation, and deduplication. * Execute data imports, exports, and migrations. * Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights. * Provide user training, support, and troubleshooting as needed. * Ensure adherence to Salesforce security best practices. Requirements: * 5+ Salesforce project implementations across multiple industries. * 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * 3+ years of proven Sales/Service Cloud experience. * 2+ years of hands-on Flow proficiency (Highly Desired). * Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting work to clients. * Bonus Skills (Preferred but not Required): * Experience with Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud. * End-to-end Salesforce implementation experience, even as part of a larger team.
