We are currently looking to add a Commercial Account Executive to our commercial lines department. We are in Smithfield, Rhode Island right off Route 295. We are a family-run agency that has been in business for 70 years and we specialize in all aspects of Commercial Lines insurance. The job position is Monday - Friday (9:00 am to 5 pm) with an excellent benefits package and competitive salary. Responsibilities: * Present company products and services to new and existing customers * Manage and service an existing book of business * Process renewals, endorsements, claims, and certificates * Resolve customer inquiries and issues * Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments * Create sales material to present to customers * Work hand and hand with a commercial lines producer Qualifications: * Previous experience in Commercial Lines * Familiarity with Agency Management Systems * Ability to build rapport with clients * Strong negotiation skills * Deadline and detail-oriented Work Remotely * No Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Simple IRA * Simple IRA matching * Disability insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Tuition reimbursement Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: In person
