What You 'll Do: As our Sales Manager , your role will include: * Leading a high-performing team of Solar & Roofing Sales Representatives to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. * Developing and implementing sales strategies to expand our customer base and grow revenue. * Leading from the front by setting an example through your own personal sales performance and volume , demonstrating the strategies and skills needed for success. * Mentoring and coaching sales reps on consultative selling techniques and best practices, including solar and roofing mastery. * Building a positive and motivating team culture aligned with our Core Values. * Managing and analyzing sales data to track team performance and identify opportunities for improvement. * Partnering with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer service. * Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. What We 're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Proven experience in sales leadership within the solar and/or roofing industry. * A track record of leading and developing successful sales teams. * A willingness to lead by example and demonstrate exceptional personal sales performance. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and motivate a team. * Knowledge of the solar and roofing sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. * A growth-oriented mindset and a passion for making a difference. * Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking technologies. * The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
