                Full description of the position
Description: This is a full-time, direct placement role at Brooks Todd & McNeil. Brooks, Todd & McNeil Insurance is seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join our growing team. As a leading independent insurance agency, we provide access to over 20 direct markets and multiple lead sources, ensuring a strong foundation for success. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a minimum of five years of experience in commercial insurance sales. This role requires a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure sales environment, consistently meet or exceed sales targets, and effectively engage with prospective and existing clients to develop long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead follow-ups. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions. * Work closely with carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and secure the best coverage options for clients. * Conduct thorough risk assessments and present comprehensive insurance solutions to prospects. * Maintain an in-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, industry trends, and underwriting guidelines. * Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and performance targets. * Provide exceptional client service by assisting with policy changes, renewals, and coverage inquiries. * Collaborate with internal account managers, underwriters, and support staff to ensure seamless policy issuance and servicing. * Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand market presence and generate new leads.
