I'm looking for an Account Manager to join our growing sales team! You'd be joining a really supportive team in the asphalt and concrete recycling(crushing) industry that is patient with your growth and development. The job: Build relationships with plant managers at our customers' locations Estimate aggregate piles(we'll teach you how to do this) Identify and communicate customer needs and operational hurdles(we'll teach you this) at each location Log your interactions and your observations for each visit You'll be on the road 3-4 days per week with some overnight stays every week. Vehicle will be provided. The majority of your time at first will be spent driving and estimating large piles of aggregate Communicate openly and often across Account Management and Operations teams You: You are committed to safety * Producing at a high level is what fuels you. Both personal and professional You get along with all types of people You are a clear communicator. Verbal and written. It's a huge plus if you're fluent in both English and Spanish The best fit is likely early in their career, but has already had a full-time "real job" in their career You are competent in Microsoft Office & Teams, Google Workspace, Excel or Google Sheets, etc... You don't need to be a tech nerd, but you have to have some proficiency using systems. A plus but not required - you've used Salesforce or any CRM. Compensation will depend on your experience and aptitude. A vehicle will be provided. The right person will be able to advance into a larger role quickly after achieving success in this role.
