We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to help drive new sales opportunities and support our Sales Team within assigned territories. What You 'll Do: * Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting via phone and email. * Develop relationships with law enforcement agencies (police departments, sheriff's offices, highway patrol, etc.). * Understand customer needs and match them with KSI's solutions, including In-Car Video, Body-Worn Cameras, Speed Enforcement RADAR/LIDAR, and more. * Maintain accurate records in CRM software and coordinate follow-ups with the Sales Team. * Develop a prospecting schedule and provide weekly reports on progress. Previous experience in sales prospecting, telemarketing, or customer service preferred. * Skills: * Strong communication and customer service abilities. * Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. * Ability to adapt, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
