Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative with sales experience in manufacturing to pursue new market opportunities and build long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the market and have experience with customer relationship management software. Responsibilities * Assist in devising strategies to achieve business development targets * Identify and pursue leads for new customer acquisition * Develop, negotiate, and close new business deals * Attend exhibitions to generate customer leads and opportunities * Generate business opportunities from existing customers * Maintain follow-up from RFQ receipt to award of the business * Visit customer locations to strengthen existing relationships Experience * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology * Experience in construction and material handling equipment sales * Background in sales or business development within a manufacturing environment * Familiarity with steel and CNC machining process capabilities * Strong results-driven, sales-focused mindset * Proficient with general computer applications, including Microsoft Office GRP2 Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short- term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
