COUNTRY Financial-Office in Murphysboro, IL is looking for an Associate Agent who is seeking full-time work offering a salary plus commission and bonuses, , paid time off, paid holidays, 401k matching, and paid life insurance. Hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Murphysboro, IL for an Associate Agent at a COUNTRY Financial office location. The Associate Agent will be responsible for quoting new business policies in Home, Auto, Life, and Commercial policies to grow and retain clients. Items such as bill pay, claims, scheduling, and client retention tasks. In addition, marketing and some networking to develop and nurture referral partners. Seeking a motivated individual, who provides professional phone and in person communication for servicing and making the best experience for our clients, and a team player! A person with a positive attitude and great office morale. Growth opportunities available within this particular rep office. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to quickly build relationships with potential clients. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Highly motivated and target-driven individual. Computer skills Timely No prior experience in the insurance industry is needed, but is a plus. Will train and be willing to obtain property/casualty and life/health license within first 90 days.
