Play an active role in securing contracts and driving business growth. * Build and nurture strong relationships with key players, including general contractors, architects, designers, and property managers--turning industry connections into long-term partnerships. * Keep a pulse on the competition by analyzing market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the game. * Create impactful digital marketing content across websites, social media, email campaigns, and online ads--ensuring a strong and engaging online presence. * Represent the brand at top industry events and trade shows, showcasing our cutting-edge flooring solutions and making valuable connections. * Stay ahead of the curve! Keep up with the latest flooring technologies, products, and installation techniques to maintain our competitive advantage. * Monitor sales performance and track market trends, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement. * Take on additional exciting challenges as needed--because in a fast-paced industry, there's always room to innovate and grow!
