Sales Associate Requirements : * Enthusiastic and energetic. * Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable. * Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. * The ability to read, write, and perform basic math * The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Sales Associate Responsibilities * Generating leads. * Meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Greet customers in a timely and positive manner to create a positive sales experience for the customer. * Understanding and promoting company programs. * Identify the customer's needs and provides information related to the products and services we provide. * Responsible for monitoring store merchandise to maintain optimum inventory level. * Maintains the visual appeal of the store, including the back room, restrooms and individual work areas . * Responsible for adherence to all Company policies and procedures * Answering client questions about , products, prices and availability. * Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers. * Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers. * Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges and security practices.
