Responsibilities: * Educate clients on financial products and services, promoting sales when appropriate. * Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients. * Promote financial products and services to enhance customer relationships. * Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance, to ensure adherence in all transactions. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. * Collaborate with team members to enhance customer relationships. Skills: * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals. * Proven experience in telemarketing or outside sales is preferred. * Excellent analytical skills to evaluate client needs and market conditions. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client accounts. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
