Quote and close auto-glass jobs, pick up outbound follow-ups, and greet every inbound call like a VIP. * Seal the deal. Turn yesterday's estimates into today's booked jobs--because "maybe" is just one step from "absolutely." * Be the glass guru. Answer questions about flat glass, shower doors, and every pane in between with confidence and enthusiasm. * Keep our systems spotless. Create new customer profiles and accurate work orders in ServiceTitan (our POS) faster than you can say "crack-free." * Play well with others. Coordinate with Glass Doctors nationwide to share parts, pricing, and pro tips. * Level up. Take coaching, role-play new scripts, track your KPIs, and celebrate personal bests--then set new ones.
