Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives. This role requires a strong ability to negotiate, build customer relationships, and manage projects effectively. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with sales teams to identify market opportunities and enhance our customer relationship management efforts. Duties * Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives. * Identify and negotiate new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with potential clients. * Utilize software tools such as Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and analyzing market trends. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. * Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape. * Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Prepare and present proposals to clients, articulating the value proposition of our products/services. * Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications * Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably in a related industry. * Strong skills in strategic planning and project management. * Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, particularly Salesforce. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. * Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
